Why these calculators

Most financial calculators online are slow, buried in ads, or gate the result behind an email form or a lead hand-off to a lender. These don't. Each one runs entirely in your browser, so nothing you type is sent anywhere, and each result page explains the formula and the assumptions so you can check the work.

The mortgage and loan tools default to live average rates pulled weekly from the Federal Reserve's economic data service, so a "payoff" or "refinance" estimate starts from today's market instead of a stale number. You can override every field.

Nothing here is personalized financial advice. See the methodology page for how each calculation is built and the disclaimer for the limits of a generic model.
